Refund Policy 

1. General Policy This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for tickets and vendor fees for the GPop Culture Fair. By purchasing tickets or vendor spaces, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Event Tickets

  • No Refunds for Change of Mind: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, are unable to attend for personal reasons, or simply do not show up to the event.

  • Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the GPop Culture Fair is cancelled entirely, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket's face value. Any processing or service fees may be non-refundable. Notification of cancellation and refund procedures will be communicated via the email used at the time of purchase and posted on www.gpopindie.ca

  • Event Rescheduling/Postponement: If the GPop Culture Fair is rescheduled or postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new dates. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, a refund request may be submitted within 14 days of the new date announcement. After this period, tickets will remain valid for the new dates, and no further refunds will be issued.

  • Partial Event Alterations: Changes to individual guest appearances, workshop schedules, or specific activities within the fair do not qualify for ticket refunds. The overall event will proceed as planned.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within [X business days, e.g., 10-14 business days] of approval.

3. Vendor Fees

  • No Refunds for Vendor Withdrawals: Vendor fees are non-refundable once an application has been approved and payment has been submitted. This policy is in place to cover administrative costs, reserved space, and promotional efforts.

  • No Refunds for Low Attendance/Sales: GPop Culture Fair does not provide refunds for vendor fees based on event attendance numbers or individual sales performance. Participation in any market or fair carries inherent business risks, and GPop Culture Fair does not guarantee specific sales outcomes or foot traffic.

  • Event Cancellation (Vendors): In the event that the GPop Culture Fair is cancelled entirely, approved vendors will receive a full refund of their booth fee. Any associated processing fees may be non-refundable.

  • Event Rescheduling/Postponement (Vendors): If the GPop Culture Fair is rescheduled or postponed, your vendor spot will be transferred to the new dates. If you are unable to participate on the new dates, please contact GPopCultureFair@gmail.com within 14 days of the new date announcement to discuss options.

  • Force Majeure: GPop Culture Fair is not responsible for event cancellation, postponement, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government regulations, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, our refund policy will be guided by the specific circumstances and any applicable laws.
